Description
Our BBQ sauce uses only the finest ingredients. All the vegetables and spices are sautéed and then reduced with red wine vinegar. We don’t cook the alcohol out of the bourbon so the sauce still has a distinct Bourbon edge. Our BBQ sauce has great heat and has a wonderful acidity that compliments many types of meat and poultry. Use as a finishing Sauce.
Ingredients: Fresh Garlic, Onion, Jalapeños, Ginger, Brown Sugar, Molasses, Ancho Chili, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Tomato Ketchup and Jim Beam Bourbon.
