Smokin Dragon

Smokin’ Dragon’s sauces are hand made with love, fire and a generous amount of hardwood smoke in Gibsons, BC on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Owners Chris Van Nus and Karen Blunderfield create the Smokin’ Dragon line of sauces at Smoke on the Water, their popular BBQ shack they run overlooking the Gibsons marina. Only the finest ingredients are used in their top-secret recipes for the various sauces, but they all begin with slow smoked and roasted peppers.
