MM..SAUCE coconut chili crisp is made by slowly cooking down shallots & garlic with the chili mash from our fermented fresno sauce so that nothing is wasted. We mix that with toasted coconut and reduced tamari for a deep rich, nutty umami flavour that goes so well on rice, stir frys, mixed into honey, OR mixed into peanut sauce. This condiment will surely plus up anything you add it to!
