Ebesse Zozo Hot Sauce

Description

Ebesse Zozo, Togolese for "hot pepper" gets it's fiery heat from the habanero Pepper. While abundant in Togo, people eat hot foods at every meal. Ebesse Zozo is a combination of many vegetables, with the main ingredient being habanero peppers. 2004 Fiery Food Challenge Winner

Ingredients: Green Habanero Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Ginger, Vegetable Organic Broth bouillon, turmeric, curry, lemon juice.
