Developed by Haico to celebrate the 5th anniversary of Haico's Hot Sauce!! This sauce also is a tribute to his wife Angela who stands by him and assists him in any way she can to take over the world with hot sauce. The sauce is made with Haico's favourite pepper, the Madame Jeanette.
"Haico's Madame" will transport you to the West-Indies and will give you a taste of the Caribbean. A great all round sauce that will go well on anything and highlights the distinct flavour of the Madame Jeanette pepper.
