Description
I developed this recipe as an homage to a Peruvian dish called “Seco” one of my favorites! Made by blending fresh cilantro, spices, garlic, onions, and chili peppers then simmered for a perfect balance of heat and sweetness.
INGREDIENTS
Jalapenos, Aji Amarillo, Apple Cider Vinegar, Yellow Onions, Cilantro, Green Onions, Red bell pepper, Grape Seed Oil, Nutritional Yeast, Organic Dates, Himalayan Pink Salt, Dried Oregano, Garlic Powder, Roasted Cumin Seeds.
