Scale Up is a blend of all the best flavors for on a red flesh fish like Salmon or Trout, with a balance of dill, lemon and garlic this will bring out the flavor of your fish of choice.
The best way to enjoy the Scale Up spice blend, from our experience, is to apply liberally to the flesh side of your fillet. Sear in a frying pan with a little bit of butter or oil flesh side down until you have a little bit of a crisp then flip to the skin side and place pan in an oven preheated to 350F until the flesh is flaky. Let rest and serve with a nice light salad and potato.
Bonus Tip: This pairs well with your favoite white wine or draft beer!
