Our Naga Viper sauce celebrates the unique flavors of all our South African Paprika’s It compliments any meal, but it is best on red meat. Naga Viper Scoville Heat Units (SHU): Average: 1,315 000 (1,250 000 – 1,380 000) The Naga Viper pepper is a little deceiving by the smell with a sweet, fruity, and almost tangy smell. Aside from the extreme heat, they have a very sweet fruity taste. The heat will slowly build as the fruitiness subsides and you’ll be left feeling like you’re melting.
